meetkeeper

terms

Last updated October 22, 2026.

These terms are between you and HewnGrowth LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we"), which runs MeetKeeper. Using MeetKeeper, or creating an account, means you agree to them and to the privacy policy.

What MeetKeeper is

A service that brings in your meeting recordings and calendars, matches them up, files them into groups, sends them to the CRMs your groups connect, and lets people book time with you. It changes as we improve it, and parts of it may be marked as early or test features.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person. An account that pays for seats (a company account) decides who holds them; ending a seat makes that person's account read-only until they have one again.

Groups

A group belongs to the account that created it, and its admins decide who's in it and what members see. What you file into a group becomes part of that group's record: if you leave, the group keeps a copy. Don't file anything into a group that you're not allowed to share with it.

Your content, and recording people

Your recordings, transcripts, notes and calendars stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run MeetKeeper for you and the groups you share with, including sending parts of them to the AI providers described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for recording lawfully. Many places require everyone on a call to agree before it's recorded; get whatever consent the law where you and the other people are requires.

AI suggestions

MeetKeeper suggests where recordings belong. Suggestions can be wrong. Check what's filed where before relying on it, and especially before anything goes to a CRM.

Booking

If you take bookings, you're responsible for the times you offer, the meetings you approve, and how you treat the people who book you. If you book someone, the meeting is between you and them.

Other services

Plaud, Google, CRMs and AI assistants you connect are run by other companies under their own terms. MeetKeeper isn't responsible for them, and when one changes or stops working, the parts of MeetKeeper that rely on it may too.

Fair use

Don't use MeetKeeper to break the law or anyone's rights, to harass people or send spam through the booking pages, to get at accounts or information that isn't yours, to interfere with the service, or to copy or resell it. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Fees

MeetKeeper is by invitation while it's being tested. When it's paid, the price is shown before you're asked to pay, and these terms will say how billing, renewals and cancellation work.

Ending

You can stop using MeetKeeper at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice when we reasonably can. What you filed into groups stays with those groups, as above.

No guarantees

MeetKeeper is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond these terms, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, HewnGrowth LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, and our total liability for any claim about MeetKeeper is no more than what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if that's more.

Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you recorded, filed, shared or booked through MeetKeeper, or because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of it.

Law

North Carolina law governs these terms, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in North Carolina.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date above changes, and if the change matters, we'll tell account holders by email before it applies. Keeping on using MeetKeeper after that means you accept the new terms.
